Home Maintenance ...Without having to remember everything

No.  There is no obligation to sign up.  However, if you choose to sign up for a home maintenance subscription, your Home Assessment charge would be credited toward the subscription of your choice.

It is best recommended for an adult to be home.  However, all our technicians are trust-worthy and background certified if a homeowner chooses to allow access to a technician while not at home.

Currently, Ed's Home Service serves the south part of Goodyear, AZ; from Estrella Mountain Ranch to just south of the Interstate 10 Freeway.

Our home assessment inspects the health of your home.  This assessment inspects filters (among other services) to determine the life of the filter and if a change is necessary or not; also, recommends frequency of change based on other variables such as: 1) Pets, 2) Number of people living in the same home, 3) Asthma and/or allergies, 4) Summer A/C usage and 5) Dust and construction exposure.  Our Bronze Subscription plan covers the labor in changing out your filters where homeowners supply the filter.

Both home assessments and maintenance visits last from 45 - 60 minutes.
